Gordon’s – Nay, Daddy’s – Scrambled Eggs

Like spaghetti bolognese, everyone has their own take on scrambled eggs. And for something with so little ingredients, it’s amazing how easily people can screw them up.

It wasn’t until I viewed a strangely-F-bomb-lacking video from Gordon Ramsay, and followed his recipe, that I realised how good they can be.

Since then I’ve put my own spin on the recipe, and find myself making it for my girls at least a couple of times each week. The butter makes it, which isn’t ideal, but on the other hand, it fills them up and they’re not opening the pantry every five minutes in search of lollies.
