Encouraging your child to open up
If you’re seeking more meat from your child in regards to their day or their school experience, then maybe it’s time to dig a little deeper than asking “how was your day?” at school pick-up or at the dinner table. It’s all about open-ended questions; encouraging a response more insightful than “fine” or “good”.
